Passion is what moves people. Purpose is what moves people. Cause moves people. And for those of you that don’t have a Cause in your life, let me give you a little clue. You get like this by hanging around people that already have it.

All you have to do is hang around people that are on fire, that have attitude, that have a Purpose, that have a Cause, that are going to make it with or without you. You have to lean on their Passion and Purpose.

Some of you didn’t realize you’re doing it, but you say “I’ll just build my own brand. I’ll just do my thing.” And you were doing it, because you’re doing it for sales. You’re not passionate. You don’t have a Cause backing it. You’re doing it because other people are doing it, and now it feels like work. You start thinking, “I got to connect with people I don’t know,” or “I don’t like this.”

I like it. I love it. I can’t wait to connect with people to give them the wisdom and the knowledge that I was given that changed my life.

I had someone sit down and they showed me an Escape Plan. And the Escape Plan they were talking about was not even my Escape Plan. My Mentor didn’t know that I needed to make money, so I would not to get kicked out of my apartment and to get my car paid up. You see what I’m saying. I was going to do this stuff to make enough money and to repair my relationships until I could go back and be an Auto Mechanic. I had already envisioned a dream of me being on a pit box, as a crew chief for IndyCar/NASCAR and working with the winningest owner Roger Penske. I already had my sights set on who I was going to become. I did a really good job with inside a job. It was easy not for me to be the deal.

So when people ask me questions, I go that’s a great question you should ask Bill (my mentor). That’s a great question you should ask Bill. That’s a great question you should ask Bill. Let me hook up you with Bill’s training. Have you been on Bill’s training?

I know people that are suffering in business right now, and I ask them if they saw the training that I did last Tuesday. No? Well, if you’re not even passionate enough to plug into a training from somebody that does have passion, you’re just on a whole different level of Clueless. If you can’t create your own passion, your own enthusiasm, your own cause … you better start hanging around people that can inspire you. Get you to do things that you wouldn’t normally do on your own. Did you get that?
