The reason that I’ve mastered the mundane and connecting with people is because I love people. I connect with people because I love people. I want to find people that I don’t know; I want to build a relationship with them; I want to give them wisdom; and I want to help them in their lives. Whether they’re not going to do business with me or buy product from me, I don’t care.

So I never took the time to build a system to build my business without ever talking or building a relationship with people, because then I’m doing business the way that is not me. And if it’s not me, then I’m not going to be fulfilled, and when I’m not fulfilled then it doesn’t make a difference how much I make. I walk away from it. How many want to build a business that you hate and you have to walk away from? How many have done it in the past? You never want to build a business where all your family dislikes it, and they know that you dislike it, because you don’t like doing it.

How many think it’s important to find out what your personality trait is? Secondly, find people that are building a successful business with that personality trait, and follow and learn from that Mentor who has taught other people how to do it until you master it.

There’s very few people on the planet that are good at everything. What’s that thing that you know in your heart that you love to do that you’re almost above-average at it and you stop doing it?

If you get good at doing something that you love doing, then do marketing to fulfill those things. I don’t do marketing to be the best marketer in the best company. How many of you see a huge difference? If people are trying to figure this business out. If you are following one way of doing the business and then you go to another and then you go to another and then you go to another … How many of you know this phrase: “Confused people do nothing”?

As soon as you want something changed, then everyone’s got to relearn. And everyone’s not sure that “that way” is going to be the way that’s going work. So what they do is they get in, and then don’t complete it or master it, because it’s not lining up with where we see ourselves 5 years from today.

Is this helping anyone with being stuck? Because I know people who have reached out to me saying, “I know what to do; I just don’t know why I’m not doing it?” I know why! Because you have no damn clue where you’re going to be 5 years from now! You have zero clue of why you should be doing this. This should be a means to an end. What’s the means to the end for you?
